Use these first thing to warm up your hands for playing. Just a few minutes will do. You can bounce around to a different one each day. You can highlight sections to practice, if you want to start higher on the neck. Click "View full version" to open a player with more options. Feel free to slow it down or speed it up, but don't start fast if you're not already wormed up. The exercises slowly speed up on their own, to get you slowly warmed up and push your limits!
